DIRECTIONS FOR PLACING AN ORDER AND MAKING A PAYMENT
Please add the products you like into the shopping cart and click Add to cart. After this a new page Step 1 opens.
a. Select a country of destination and method of sending (when ordering inside Estonia by using the Omniva parcel machine service, Omniva registered parcel service or Omniva courier service and when sending to a foreign country Omniva international registered parcel service)
b. Choose method of payment. The possibilities for payment are either: 1) bank money transfer (the information necessary for making a transfer will be sent to email address you provided) or with credit card via Pay Pal system (we will send you an invoice to the email you provided after you have paid for the order).
We recommend making the payment as soon as possible when using the bank transfer option. Please add the invoice number also when making a payment.
Please note that if payment is not received within 24 hours the order will be annulled.
c. If necessary provide additional information in the window Message.
For instance, when you wish to receive a package in the Omniva parcel maching, then please mark here the exact location of the parcel machine you want to receive the pacage.

d. Please read the Purchasing Conditions and after reading please mark the small box next to it to indicate your agreement.

a. Please enter your name, address where you want to receive your package, e-mail address and telephone number.

a. Please check and make sure that the information entered is correct, and if everything is correct, please click Buy now at below right.

We will send out your package in 2-3 days after receiving your payment. The jewelry comes packed nicely in a handmade textile bag. Invoice for your records and explanation of a stone or symbol that adorns the jewelry will be sent to your email address.
When ordering a parcel to a foreign country then all applicable taxes are the responsibilty of the client (e.g. Switzerland).
Sending information is described in next section.
METHODS OF SENDING
There are three methods of sending to choose from:
1. Omniva parcel machine service: 0.00 EUR
Arrival of parcel to parcel machine: 1-2 working days.<br>
When parcel has arrived you will receive an SMS with a code to your phone, and this code can be used to retrieve your package from the parcel machine.
2. Omniva courier (Kuller Pluss service): 4.80 EUR
Arrival of parcel: 1-2 days<br>
Omniva courier will call to client and the day and time of delivering the parcel will be agreed.
3. Registered parcel (up to 250 g): 4.80 EUR
Arrival time: 2-5 days<br>
Client is informed by SMS or if there is no phone number available, client is informed by sending a paper notification in client’s regular mailbox.
EU AND INTERNATIONAL
1. Registered international parcel (EU, other countries (up to 250 g): 6.20 EUR
Estimated approximate arrival times for parcel in EU - 5-7 working days, 2 weeks for USA, and about 1 month for Asian countries.<br>
2. Omniva Courier Europe service (4-9 days)
The prices of Omniva Courier service to different countries range approximately from 18 - 40 euros. A 20% VAT is added when sending to a EU country. For some countries it is also possible to insure the parcel. Please contact us for more information. The cost of the insurance is 5 % of the total value of the parcel.
